Proof provides real time notifications for website landing pages. With thousands of users on-boarding daily to their social proof product, they wanted to be able to tailor what was being shown to each individual visitor. To do this, they would need to learn how to read anonymised customer data and behaviour triggers.
How AI helped
Skim worked with Proof to analyse their anonymised user data and create customer profiles based on site visits, contextual information within each site, and user behaviour - ultimately trying to calculate the best content and behaviour that would lead to conversions.
Using Skim Engine we analysed the URL data to find contextual information that could be linked to each segmented customer profile group. Leading to learnings around the key drivers in each segment.
Proof was able to receive hundreds of insights about its customer segments, enabling new feature development that would sing to their customers. In the future, this will enable Proof to deliver a real-time product that delivers great conversions and social proof for their clients.
